Joe Evangelisti

Joe is a second generation builder and began visiting construction sites with his father, Rob, as a child. Since then, he’s always had the urge to be involved in real estate and be building things. This led him to joining the US Navy Construction Battalion – The Seabees. After serving multiple tours and racking up numerous service medals, he decided to return home and start his professional real estate career.

Joe has over 15+ years experience building and selling thousands of homes in the South Jersey area. Within this timespan, he has built himself an 8-figure real estate empire and has completed over $100MM in real estate transactions. He has since transitioned this passion and wealth of real estate knowledge into building state of the art Self Storage Facilities across the country.

Brian Brogan

Brian has spent most of his life in and around construction sites. He’s a second generation builder from the South Jersey area with 20+ years of experience. He’s led projects ranging from small fix and flips all the way up to $1,000,000 new construction homes. Aside from building, he’s also the co-founder of Hero Home Buyers where he’s been finding and putting together deals for investors for years.

Dana Cornell

Dana Cornell is a former Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, and a Forbes recognized financial consultant. During his time as a Certified Investment Management Analyst, Dana has allocated over $1.3 billion to traditional and alternative investments. Aside from joining Legacy Developers, he has also started up Cornell Capital. His new practice focuses on helping individuals, small business owner’s, and working professionals develop customized strategies to generate passive income and wealth accumulation via commercial real estate opportunities.

Barry Sherman

Barry Sherman has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial development, design and construction industry as a senior executive and business owner. He has extensive experience in the planning, design and construction of self-storage facilities and similar industrial commercial type projects in locations across the country valued up to as much as $25 million. 

Barry has led the process of entitling, designing and constructing of more than 90 facilities nationwide including conversion type, single-story facilities and multi-story urban located facilities.  He has assembled and trained teams of architects and engineers in understanding the key development features of what makes a success development project.

Alex Rogers

Alex is a U.S Army Veteran. During his time in the military he served as an Infantryman, specializing in small team covert operations overseas. After the service, Alex entered the acquisition profession with a concentration on the manufacturing industry. He assisted Fortune 500 chemical and pharmaceutical companies in the disposition of assets. Now in the Self-Storage industry,  Alex along with the team have been successfully acquiring deals throughout the United States.

Adeel Ahmad

Adeel has always been an entrepreneur from a young age and has specialized in Real Estate Project Management. With 11 years of experience, starting out with his first residential project in 2009 and now moving onto commercial projects with Legacy Developers. Adeel has always focused on developing strong relationships as a foundation for everything he does, both professionally and personally. He brings that same passion to the negotiating table, where he facilitates the best deal for our investors. He’s a strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace, believing that what you think, you will become.

Nick Lyons

After attending Jamestown Community College in his hometown of Olean, NY, Nick jumped into the banking industry ready to learn. He was able to quickly work his way up the ranks on both the commercial and retail sides of banking. Over his 20+ year career, he has held numerous titles before becoming a Commercial Lender and Bank Manager. Now he’s starting his next career move with us at Legacy Developers with a wealth of knowledge in the finance and lending spaces.

Rob Evangelisti

Rob has a deep history of working on homes throughout the South Jersey region. Over 40 years ago he started his drywall company, Rob Evangelisti Inc. As time passed and his son Joe began to get into real estate, the business began to turn into a premiere construction company in the area. Since then, the company has been building, renovating and selling hundreds of homes with Rob helping to lead the charge. As Legacy Developers began to take shape, it was a no-brainer that Rob would continue to play a vital role. In recent years he has begun to take a backseat to some of the heavy lifting being done, but he now oversees each of the new projects we bring down the pipeline.

Stacy Ammons

Stacy joins our team after spending over 18 years in the HVAC industry.  Her loyalty and dedication is her greatest quality as she has cultivated fantastic relationships with clientele over those years. She’s a perfect fit for the Legacy team because of her strong attention to details and ability to proactively support the goals of the team. While she’s making sure things are always organized and travel plans are in place, she’s consistently running around aiding those who need any sort of help.

Lacee Pearl

Lacee Pearl is the executive assistant for Dana Cornell at Cornell Capital Holdings. Lacee is born and raised in the city of Olean where she resides with her son Jackson. She has been with the company since April. Ms. Pearl has an education in Accounting.  Her strongest quality includes knowing when and how to take action, she can respond to and resolve unexpected issues. Furthermore, she is able to juggle multiple tasks at once. Lacee enjoys coaching and traveling with her son Jackson.

Thaddeus Campbell

Thaddeus Campbell is a former Martial Artist who ran a successful school in the Tiger Schulmann’s system. He spent over a decade teaching and competing, working as a training partner for over half a dozen current and former UFC fighters and becoming a professional Kickboxer himself. After a head injury forced him to look for a new career he set out to find something he was as passionate about as Martial Arts. He dove headfirst into real estate in 2015 after taking a 3 day seminar and hasn’t looked back. He has experience in Fix & Flip, Buy & Hold and Wholesaling and now is expanding his scope in to the Self-Storage Development Space. Thaddeus loves finding deals in real estate that represent a win on both sides of the transaction.

Steven Murphy Jr.

Steven spent the last 10 years working as an Athletic Trainer and 8 of those years also in the classroom teaching Science.  After graduating from Rowan University he worked for the top personal training company in Cherry Hill, NJ.  Steven started his teaching career at Holy Spirit High School.  It is there that he learned to put together a curriculum, and found enjoyment in watching his students succeed!  Steven carries that same passion as the Director of Education in the Storage Syndicate.  Steven is responsible for building the live training programs, and helping the syndicate members reach their goals.

Anthony Amuso
