Exciting news! Garden State Storage, with its impressive 98,039 sq ft of net rentable space and 734 units, has recently changed hands. Originally acquired for $1,772,000, a total investment of $16,000,000 was poured into the property, enhancing its value and appeal.

This remarkable commitment to quality and development didn't go unnoticed, resulting in a final sale price of a whopping $18,700,000. The figures speak for themselves, showcasing the site's immense value and potential.

Allegany Crossings

Allegany, NY

Allegany Crossings stands proud with an impressive 93,434 sq ft of net rentable space, housing 651 state-of-the-art units. Our units are leasing up rapidly, a testament to the demand and the value we offer. If you're looking for substantial spaces, we have two prominent tenant areas available. The first offers a generous 11,373 sqft, while the second boasts an expansive 25,187 sqft.

Nestled amidst fresh residential developments and in close proximity to the Lackland Air Force Base, we are well-positioned to cater to the needs of this rapidly evolving area. We look forward to serving this vibrant community with our state-of-the-art storage solutions.

Ohio Mills Storage

Ridgeville, OH

With bank financing in place, we are ecstatic to have broken ground on this project. We expect a ten to twelve-month construction schedule. North Ridgeville is an affluent Cleveland suburb considered to be one of the safest cities in Ohio.

This 10-acre project will consist of 674 climate and non-climate-controlled units for a total of 74,278 square feet net rentable.

Ocala Storage

Ocala, FL

The Ocala Storage project in Central Florida has been sold! Situated on a prime nine-acre plot right on State Road 200, this site was set to feature 84,740 sq ft of net rentable space divided into 532 units.

With Florida's reputation as one of the fastest-growing states in the US, it's no wonder that such prime real estate opportunities are quickly taken. As the landscape evolves, we anticipate more exciting developments in the region.

Belleview Storage

Belleview, FL

Located near The Villages, this property is in one of Florida’s fastest growing counties. Belleview Storage will feature both climate and non-climate controlled units. This project will total 571 units and 85,425 square feet of rentable space. The facility is fully designed with 100% construction drawings at the city pending permits. We have selected a General Contractor and expect to break ground Q1 2023.

McPherson Storage

Fort Worth, TX

This project has begun with the demolition and clearing of existing structures. Located in the fast growing southern area of Fort Worth, TX, this coveted piece of land sits in the heart of a residential development boom along with road widening projects making way for the rapidly increasing population. Sitting on seven acres, Mcpherson Storage will feature 570 climate and non-climate units for a total of 100,575 square feet net rentable.

High visibility and traffic count are two prime features when developing a Class A state of the art self storage facility. Kent Storage has both. Located on the major intersection of Interstate Hwy 76 & State Road 43, this highly desirable location is ideal for self storage development.

The site sits just south of Kent State University, who has committed one billion dollars to their 10 Year Campus Master Plan. This project has been approved by the city and all permits have been granted. Kent is known for its “small town” feel, low crime rate, and proximity to Cleveland -a city that offers jobs and cultural activities.

Now fully designed and soon to be permitted, Located in a fast-growing area south of Houston, Pearland Storage is our most unique project so far. This project will feature incubator storefront spaces for lease. Pearland Storage will be a three-story climate-controlled building with 871 units and 104,049 square feet net rentable. There is also an additional 5 +/- acres available for future expansion.
